“Assessing Your Urban Forest Resources with I-Tree”
FREE online workshop
Date: Tuesday, September 1st
Time: 1:00-2:00pm
I-Tree is a free online software suite from the USDA Forest Service that provides urban forestry analysis and benefits assessment tools. These tools allow organizations to work with tree inventory information in order to build, develop and enhance urban forest management plans. Expert, Al Zelaya of the Davey Institute, will speak to us about the tools found in the suite and what can be accomplished by utilizing these tools.
“Whether your interest is a single tree or an entire forest, i-tree provides baseline data that you can use to demonstrate value and set priorities for more effective decision-making.”
