Trees Removed through City Forest Renewal

Trees are currently being removed throughout the city. The city has prioritized trees that pose the greatest risk. Identifying removals is a collaborative process between the city and our grant partners.

Tree Replacements

In exchange for grant-funded removals, the City of Covina will plant two trees for every one tree removed. In recent years, Covina has done a great job to incorporate Arbor Day planting events in their planting efforts.

When trees are planted and data is collected, the map will be updated.
